Qualifications and Experience Required

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is required.
  • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Experience:

  • At least five years of experience leading commercial functions, preferably within agribusiness or B2B environments.
  • Proven expertise in sales leadership and managing sizeable teams and business units.
  • Strong familiarity with the agricultural sector, including working closely with farmers and distributors.

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in business performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency with technology platforms and reporting tools.
