About the Warehouse Data Intern Role

As a Warehouse Data Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Warehouse Department by accurately entering and managing data within the bonded warehouse’s Lark system. This role requires attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining inventory records and documentation related to loading and unloading activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately perform data entry for various operational indicators using the bonded warehouse Lark system.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports to ensure up-to-date storage records.
• Sort and organize relevant documents before and after loading and unloading operations.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehousing, or a related field.
• No prior work experience is required; this position is ideal for recent graduates or those seeking internship opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with basic data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills, combined with a calm and dependable demeanor.
