About the Role: Vehicle Sales Business Officer Jobs in Lusaka

As a Vehicle Sales Business Officer, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a robust vehicle loan portfolio. You will identify and onboard new clients, maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers, and perform regular field visits to ensure customer satisfaction and portfolio quality. Your efforts will directly support loan processing and collections, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a growing vehicle loan portfolio with a focus on quality and sustainability
• Identify prospective clients and facilitate their onboarding process
• Maintain ongoing relationships with drivers and other customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Conduct field visits and follow-ups to monitor client satisfaction and loan performance
• Support loan processing and collections activities to ensure timely repayments
• Prepare and submit detailed sales and portfolio performance reports to management

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management is an advantage
