Key Responsibilities for Tyre Sales Specialist Jobs in Lusaka

• Identify and cultivate new customer accounts while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s range of tyre products, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits to generate leads, secure orders, and follow up on promising sales opportunities.
• Recommend appropriate tyre products tailored to customer needs, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and ensure timely collection of customer payments in accordance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in tyre sales, automotive sales, spare parts, or related sales roles is highly desirable.
• Proven business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A sound understanding of the automotive or tyre market will be an advantage.
• Strong customer relationship management and sales capabilities.
