About Lushomo Trust – Grace Centre

Situated along Mambova Road in Kazungula District, Lushomo Trust – Grace Centre is dedicated to providing accessible technical and vocational education and training (TVET). The Centre not only delivers competency-based training programs but also supports vulnerable girls by sponsoring their education at primary and secondary school levels. As a Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Centre’s mission of fostering skills development and entrepreneurship in the region.

Key Responsibilities for Training Manager Jobs in Kazungula

• Administrative Leadership: Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee training programs and general administration to ensure smooth institutional operations.
• Promote Technical Education: Support the growth and development of Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training (TEVET) in Zambia.
• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the Principal to track institutional progress and outcomes.
• Training Needs Assessment: Identify skills gaps and determine training requirements aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
• Curriculum Design: Develop competency-based curricula and training materials tailored to diverse learning styles and industry standards.
• Training Delivery: Coordinate logistics, schedule sessions, and ensure effective implementation of training programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Green National Registration Card (NRC).
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE with at least 5 O Levels.
• Diploma or Degree in Education.
• Craft Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in a vocational skill such as Tailoring, Bricklaying, Food Production, Plumbing, or related fields.
• Minimum of three years’ relevant work experience.
• TEVETA accreditation is preferred.
