About the Role: Territory Development Manager Jobs in Zambia

As a Territory Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by executing strategic sales plans across your assigned territory. You will lead a team of Area Development Coordinators (ADCs) and Customer Executives (CEs), ensuring seamless field operations and product availability. The role demands strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive territory sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distribution partners.
• Lead field execution efforts, ensuring consistent product availability and supporting sales representatives.
• Analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and report actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of ADCs and CEs within the region.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
