Key Responsibilities for Teller Jobs in Lusaka

• Process a variety of customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other payment services with accuracy.
• Receive, verify, and disburse cash securely and efficiently.
• Maintain precise daily transaction records and reconcile cash balances at the end of each day.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and promoting company products and services.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures and fraud prevention protocols.
• Identify and report any suspicious transactions or operational issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills Required
