The Technical Manager will spearhead the technical department, overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of advanced security systems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the technical team to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security technologies including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
• Evaluate client security requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure all technical projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Develop and enforce technical policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Organize regular training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance team skills.
• Stay informed on emerging security technologies and industry trends to improve service offerings.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project updates, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Security Systems Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a technical management role within the security industry.
• Strong expertise and practical experience with electronic security systems and technologies.
• Proven project management and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under pressure.
