About the Team Leader Role in Livingstone

As a Team Leader at LNDR Zambia, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and mentoring sales agents, overseeing loan application processes, and driving business development within the Livingstone area. Your leadership will directly impact the success and expansion of our retail and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new sales agents to build a strong, motivated team
• Mentor and support agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Manage and streamline loan application workflows to ensure efficiency
• Develop strategies to increase market share and customer engagement locally
• Collaborate with management to align team goals with company objectives

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Formal qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a resident of Livingstone (essential for this role)

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive retainer fee along with an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential based on performance.
