About the Store Head Role – Copperbelt Regional

As a Store Head at SGC Investment Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our KwikMarts retail outlets within the Copperbelt region. This full-time position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency while upholding company standards.

Key Qualifications and Experience for Store Head Jobs in Ndola

• Minimum of Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma in Business Studies, Accounts, or related fields preferred
• 1 to 3 years of retail shop experience
• Proven team management and leadership capabilities
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Honest, sober-minded, and trustworthy character
