About the Stock Controller Role

Reporting directly to the Inventory Manager and Supply Chain Manager, the Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining precise stock records, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring seamless stock operations. Key Responsibilities for Stock Controller Jobs in Ngwerere

Qualifications and Experience

  • A diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • At least five years of practical experience in inventory management or stock control, preferably within a distribution center or warehouse setting.
  • Strong knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory management software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining high standards.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, integrity, and professionalism under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant inventory tools.
