Reports To: Operations Manager / General Manager

The Station Manager will lead the overall operation of a fuel station, ensuring efficient management of staff, stock, safety, and customer service. This role demands expertise in fuel station operations, cash handling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily station operations and supervise fuel attendants, cashiers, and cleaners.
• Develop staff schedules and monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly station environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor fuel stock levels, deliveries, sales, and conduct stock reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Train staff on emergency procedures and enforce safety protocols.
• Oversee cash handling, sales reconciliation, and revenue improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate; diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Management or related field is advantageous.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in fuel station operations, preferably in supervisory or management roles.
• Proven leadership, staff management, and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication, numerical, and record-keeping abilities.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.

Fuel Attendant Trainer – Copperbelt (3 Positions)

Location: Copperbelt Province, Zambia
Reports To: Operations Manager / Station Manager

The Fuel Attendant Trainer will deliver comprehensive training and coaching to fuel attendants, focusing on safe fuel handling, pump operations, customer service, cash handling, and health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct induction and practical training for new fuel attendants.
• Provide ongoing coaching on safety, emergency response, and company procedures.
• Assess employee competence and identify training needs.
• Maintain accurate training records and report outcomes to management.
• Deliver refresher courses and toolbox talks to ensure continuous staff development.
• Support safety compliance and report concerns promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate required.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Training, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, Petroleum Studies, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in fuel station operations, preferably as a fuel attendant, supervisor, or trainer.
• Prior training or coaching experience is beneficial.

Sales and Marketing Intern – Copperbelt

Location: Copperbelt Province, Zambia
Employment Type: Internship
Reports To: Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager

This internship opportunity supports the sales and marketing team by assisting in lead generation, customer engagement, and promotional activities across the Copperbelt region. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and eager to learn in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales team in identifying and contacting potential customers.
• Conduct market research to discover new business opportunities.
• Visit clients and prospects across Copperbelt towns including Kitwe, Ndola, Chingola, and others.
• Assist with sales presentations, follow-ups, and customer relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Contribute to promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and competitor monitoring.
• Work towards meeting assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate required; diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is advantageous.
• 3–6 months of sales experience, internship, or field sales exposure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Confident and persuasive with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within the Copperbelt region as required.
