Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ)
• At least 5 years of experience as a General Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Specialized Nurse

Key Competencies and Skills

• Proficient in assessing patient conditions and making informed clinical decisions
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication dosages, and safe administration protocols
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and teamwork abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Familiarity with electronic health records and advanced medical technologies
• Experience operating and monitoring medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, ventilators, and oxygen delivery devices
