Role Overview: Social Media Coordinator Jobs in Lusaka

The Social Media Coordinator and Graphic Designer will manage and grow NetOne’s social media platforms for select group entities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual appeal across digital and print media. This role includes planning content calendars, producing engaging posts, and designing creative assets that align with brand guidelines. The successful candidate will monitor social media performance and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Monitor daily social media activity to identify issues and engagement opportunities; plan, create, and schedule posts aligned with marketing objectives; write compelling captions and develop visuals; track key metrics and report on performance; stay abreast of social media trends and best practices; compile and manage monthly newsletters.
• Graphic Design: Develop visual concepts that embody the brand identity; design artwork for websites, social media, marketing materials, and corporate communications; prepare files for print and digital use; maintain an organized archive of design assets.
• Agency Coordination: Act as the liaison between NetOne and external agencies; coordinate briefs, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely delivery of campaigns; collaborate with leadership to align creative output with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields; additional certifications in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
• Certification in social media marketing (such as Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or Google Digital Garage) is a plus.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management and/or graphic design.
