Philtech Enterprises Limited is actively seeking experienced skilled tradesmen to support a critical two-month plant shutdown project in Mufulira, Copperbelt, Zambia. If you have a minimum of two years’ relevant trade experience and are looking for contract opportunities in the engineering and construction sector, this is an excellent chance to contribute your expertise on-site with a reputable company.

Available Skilled Tradesmen Positions in Mufulira

We are recruiting for the following specialist roles to ensure the successful completion of the plant shutdown:

• Mechanical Fitters: 2 positions
• Instrumentation Technicians: 6 positions
• Metal Fabricators: 2 positions
• Boilermakers: 2 positions

Candidate Requirements for Skilled Tradesmen Jobs in Mufulira

To be considered for these contract roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in the relevant trade
• Valid trade certificate or recognized qualification
• Possession of a current silicosis certificate
• Availability for the full duration of the 2-month shutdown
• Willingness to work on-site in Mufulira

Compensation and Benefits

Philtech Enterprises Limited offers a competitive monthly salary of ZMW 7,000 (negotiable) for these contract positions. In addition, accommodation will be provided for the duration of the project to support your stay in Mufulira.
