Site Operations Manager Jobs in Zambia – Role Overview

The Site Operations / Field Manager (Engineer) role requires an energetic and experienced professional to oversee and coordinate construction projects. This position ensures projects meet quality standards, are completed on schedule, and are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate and supervise all site operations effectively
• Identify and pursue new business and project opportunities
• Exhibit leadership and excellent communication skills
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Uphold professionalism and integrity in all activities

Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of relevant experience in construction or project management
• Academic credentials such as a Degree, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is advantageous
• Possession of EIZ certification is a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp software is beneficial
