These roles are integral to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store’s sales and product customization processes.

Available Positions: Sales & Order Lead and Product Personalization Assistant

We are currently hiring for two key roles. Candidates must specify which position they are applying for:

• Sales & Order Lead: Responsible for managing online and in-store orders, driving sales, tracking performance data, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Product Personalization Assistant: Focuses on operating specialized machinery to customize jewelry, performing quality inspections, and preparing personalized orders for customer pickup.

Key Responsibilities for Shop Assistants Jobs in Lusaka

• Execute sales targets by efficiently processing orders and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and order tracking to support store operations.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment to personalize products, ensuring high-quality finishes (training provided).
