About the SHEQ Officer Role in Kalumbila

The primary objective of this position is to promote and sustain a robust SHEQ culture throughout the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies to maintain a safe workplace. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a strong SHEQ culture aligned with company values.
• Ensure strict compliance with SHEQ legislation and internal standards.

Essential Requirements

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Degree in Occupational Safety, Health & Environment.
• At least three years of relevant experience in SHEQ roles.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO standards.
• Experience in mining or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Membership with the Zambia Occupational Safety and Health Association (ZOSHA).
