About the Senior ERP Consultant Role

As a Senior ERP Consultant at NetOne, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Sage 300 ERP solutions tailored to client business needs. Your expertise will guide the entire project lifecycle—from gathering requirements to post-implementation support—ensuring seamless system integration and user satisfaction. Collaboration with clients, end users, developers, and project teams will be essential to meet deadlines and budgetary goals.

Key Responsibilities for Senior ERP Consultant Jobs in Lusaka

• Implement and configure Sage 300 ERP modules aligned with client specifications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to develop effective ERP solutions.
• Perform system setup, configuration, testing, data migration, and provide go-live support.
• Offer functional and technical support to end users, resolving system issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot ERP problems and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare system specifications, technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct end-user training sessions, demonstrations, and knowledge transfers.
• Customize reports, forms, workflows, and other system components as needed.
• Collaborate with developers on system customizations, integrations, and third-party applications.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, system enhancements, and version migrations.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage project documentation, track progress, and oversee implementation milestones.
• Provide post-implementation support and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.
• Accounting professionals must demonstrate strong IT and ERP systems knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in ERP implementation, consulting, or system support.
• Practical experience with Sage 300 ERP is highly preferred.
• Experience with Sage 200 ERP is an added advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of ERP implementation processes including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven documentation and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
