About the Security Supervisor Role

The Security Supervisor will lead and coordinate all security activities to safeguard company property, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong leadership qualities and tactical expertise, preferably gained from prior service in the Zambia Police or Army. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline and ensuring compliance with security policies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities for Security Supervisor Jobs in Ndola

• Supervise and oversee daily operations of security personnel, ensuring adherence to company security protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and thorough inspections of company premises to identify potential security risks and verify the functionality of security systems.
• Develop, implement, and update security procedures and emergency response plans to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade Twelve (12) Certificate with credit or better in English and Mathematics.
• Higher education qualifications are advantageous.
• Previous service in the Zambia Police Service or Army is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a Security Supervisor.
• Residency in Ndola or willingness to relocate.
