As Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire security function at the Savoy Hotel. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment, upholding our high standards of professionalism and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating a skilled security team to ensure seamless daily operations and comprehensive coverage.
• Managing surveillance systems including CCTV and access control to monitor hotel premises effectively.
• Responding promptly and calmly to emergencies, maintaining control to safeguard people and property.
• Developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and security procedures.
• Collaborating closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) and local law enforcement to uphold a safe environment.

• Maintaining detailed incident reports, investigation records, and all relevant documentation.
• Driving continuous improvement through risk management initiatives.
• Training and mentoring security personnel on safety protocols, security awareness, and emergency response techniques.

Qualifications and Experience
