Position Overview

We are recruiting for full-time Security Guards based in Lusaka, Zambia. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through regular patrols, monitoring access points, and enforcing company security policies. This role involves working both day and night shifts as required, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and reliability.

Key Responsibilities for Security Guard Jobs in Lusaka

• Protect company premises and ensure safety at all times
• Monitor the movement of people and vehicles within assigned areas
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify potential security threats
• Maintain accurate records of entry and exit activities
• Report suspicious behavior, incidents, or safety hazards immediately
• Enforce security protocols and company policies consistently
• Assist and provide information to visitors in a professional manner
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to property
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and order within the work environment
• Prepare daily reports and handover notes for the succeeding shift
• Provide security for VIPs and manage event security operations

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 Certificate (mandatory)
• Age between 20 and 40 years
• Previous experience as a Security Guard is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
• Honest, sober-minded, and self-motivated with high integrity
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and mentally alert to handle demanding situations
• Exemplary discipline and punctuality
• Effective communication and keen observation skills
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
