Security Guard Role Overview

The Security Guard will play a crucial role in safeguarding CCDA’s premises, personnel, and assets by ensuring a secure environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safety and security of CCDA offices, property, and staff through vigilant monitoring and patrols.
• Conduct routine patrols and promptly report any suspicious or unusual activities.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, including fire, theft, or disturbances, following established CCDA protocols.
• Keep detailed and accurate daily security logs and incident reports.
• Exhibit professionalism, discipline, and integrity while representing the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in security services is essential.
• Certification or formal training in security operations is advantageous.
• Physical fitness, alertness, and reliability are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors.

Driver Position Details

The Driver will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of CCDA vehicles, supporting staff and organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CCDA vehicles safely for transporting staff, visitors, and conducting official assignments.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections covering fuel, oil, tyres, and cleanliness, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere strictly to road traffic laws and CCDA’s transport policies.
• Assist with deliveries, collections, and other operational errands as required.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability in all assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• A minimum of five years’ professional driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of Chongwe, Rufunsa District, and surrounding areas.
• Trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of handling confidential tasks responsibly.
