About the Role

We are looking for dedicated advisors based in Zambia or other African countries who can demonstrate a solid track record in financial services sales. Candidates must be prepared for an intensive five-day training program following interviews scheduled from late September 2026. This role requires a hunter mentality—driven by commission-based rewards and committed to ethical client engagement within a regulated framework.

Key Responsibilities for SEC Regulated Investment Advisor Jobs in Zambia

• Develop and expand your sales pipeline by networking, prospecting, and engaging with Upper Middle to High Net Worth individuals primarily in Zambia, and elsewhere if you have relevant contacts.
• Present and sell hard currency insurance, savings, and investment products denominated in USD, GBP, and EUR tailored to clients’ financial goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and generate referrals.
• Represent Caravel Partners Zambia professionally and ethically at all times, promoting our superior range of financial services.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is essential.
• Investment Advisor and Stockbroker qualifications are mandatory, along with membership in the Capital Markets Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven existing network among High Net Worth clients and a personality suited to high-level sales and client management.
• Relevant experience in financial services sales, preferably in private banking or high-level insurance sales.
• A strong drive for success within a regulated and ethical environment; commission-based earning is expected.
• Own laptop is required; personal transport is advantageous.

Training and Career Progression

Successful candidates will undergo a five-day intensive training program, followed by a three-month probationary period as an Associate Wealth Manager. Upon completion, you will become a fully regulated Investment Advisor or may choose to remain at the Associate level. Caravel Partners Zambia supports ongoing professional development, including sponsorship for CISI qualifications up to Level III.
