Positions Available: Salon Spa Manager and Barber Jobs in Lusaka

We are currently recruiting for the following full-time roles:

• Salon & Spa Manager
• Professional Barber

Key Responsibilities

Salon & Spa Manager:

• Oversee daily salon and spa operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
• Drive sales growth through effective client acquisition and promotions
• Manage appointment bookings and stock inventory efficiently
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service quality

Professional Barber:

• Provide high-quality haircuts and shaves with attention to detail
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction
• Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent service and basic marketing

Candidate Requirements

Salon & Spa Manager:

• Proven experience in salon, spa, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective sales and marketing abilities, including client acquisition and promotional strategies

Professional Barber:

• Demonstrable barbering skills with a focus on quality and style
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic marketing knowledge to attract and retain clients

Qualifications and Experience

Salon & Spa Manager:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Certifications in beauty, wellness, hospitality, or equivalent fields

Professional Barber:

• 1 to 3 years of practical experience
• Professional certification is advantageous but not mandatory
