About the Sales Representatives Role

We are hiring six sales representatives to promote and grow our construction services in three strategic locations. This role requires proactive individuals who can generate and close leads, educate potential customers, and build lasting client relationships. Your ability to craft sales strategies, prepare sales communications, and manage payment follow-ups will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Calm Mountain’s construction services effectively to target clients.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, including preparing sales letters and contracts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding installments.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong determination to close deals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum age of 20 years with a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms for content creation and product marketing.
• Must have own accommodation in Ndola, Kitwe, or Kabwe, or be willing to relocate at own expense.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and knowledge of current industry market trends.
