About the Role: Sales Representative Jobs in Lusaka

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Unitech Investments Ltd’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You will be instrumental in promoting and selling the company’s products and services, preparing sales documentation, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Lusaka market.
• Effectively market and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and detailed sales reports.
• Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to company growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
• At least two years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid driver’s licence will be considered an added advantage.
