About the Sales Representative Role

As a full-time Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our premium quality Soya Chunks across assigned territories. This role involves direct engagement with retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors to build and nurture strong customer relationships. We are recruiting one sales representative for each of the following provinces: Muchinga, Luapula, Northern, and North-Western.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Representative Jobs in Luapula Zambia

• Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors within your assigned area to promote our products.
• Introduce and actively market our high-quality Soya Chunks to potential and existing customers.
• Develop new customer accounts while maintaining and strengthening relationships with current clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently to contribute to company growth.
• Collect and report market feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this role.
• Demonstrated honesty, diligence, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.
• Possession of a valid National Registration Card (NRC) is required; a driver’s license is a plus.
