- Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and training materials
- Supporting onboarding and training initiatives for new sales team members
- Assisting in territory planning and quota allocation to align sales efforts strategically
- Supporting sales compensation calculations and commission tracking, ensuring data accuracy for payroll processing
- Collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align sales processes with broader business objectives
Qualifications and Experience Required
Ideal candidates for this role will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a closely related function
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, demonstrating proficiency in platform management
- Strong capability to build comprehensive dashboards and translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy
