About the Role: Sales Men Jobs in Luanshya

As a Salesman, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company’s products, developing new customer bases, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will be responsible for meeting assigned sales and distribution targets within the designated territory, contributing directly to the company’s growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Volcano Breweries’ products to existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, bars, restaurants, and other clients.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery follow-up.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at customer outlets.
• Conduct regular visits to customers and outlets following the approved sales route.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends, reporting insights to management.
• Support sales promotions, product activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain sales records, customer data, and company documentation in an organized manner.
• Safeguard company property and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate is required.
• Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ sales experience, preferably within the beverages, brewery, or alcohol industry.
• A valid driver’s licence is advantageous and may be mandatory depending on the role’s requirements.
• Good knowledge of the local market and assigned sales territory.
