The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting Digiwave Branding’s diverse range of printing and branding services. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify customer needs, prepare accurate quotations, coordinate project delivery, and implement effective marketing strategies to boost company revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Duties:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, retail, educational, government, and NGO sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to demonstrate printing and branding solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
• Marketing Duties:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote printing and branding services.
  • Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials such as brochures and email newsletters.
  • Organize exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new opportunities.
  • Assist in developing branding strategies for Digiwave and its clients.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
• Valid driver’s license preferred for client visits.
• Strong skills in lead generation, relationship management, and closing sales.
• Competence in social media marketing, customer service, and presentation delivery.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

Success in this role will be measured by monthly sales revenue, new client acquisition, customer retention, conversion rates of quotations, marketing campaign ROI, social media engagement, client satisfaction, and project turnaround times. The Sales & Marketing Executive will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager or General Manager and collaborate closely with the production, design, customer service, and finance teams.
