About the Sales Executive Role in Lusaka

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and boosting sales performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate confident sales skills and leverage industry connections to influence key buyers and decision-makers in bars, clubs, hotels, and restaurants.

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Salary: ZMW 5,000 – 10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Drive aggressive sales growth for the premium vodka brand.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Secure consistent weekly and monthly orders to maintain steady revenue streams.
Enhance product visibility and secure optimal placement across key outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the bar, club, hotel, and restaurant sectors to open new sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, preferably within retail or beverage industries.
Energetic and persuasive communicator with a strong professional presence.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Proven negotiation skills and a mature, reliable work ethic.
