Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive Jobs in Lusaka

  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Promote and sell the company’s stationery and FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience, ideally within the stationery or FMCG industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
