Role: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities for Sales Executive Jobs in Lusaka

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within individual and corporate sectors.
• Prospect and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
• Market and sell a diverse range of insurance products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations and diligently follow up on prospective business.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and other business development activities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, Sales, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, insurance, or financial services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to independently prospect and generate new business opportunities.
