As a Sales Executive with MFI Document Solutions LTD, you will represent Marezi, a leading provider of innovative customer experience and service management technologies. Our solutions transform customer journeys through advanced queue management, appointment booking, and engagement platforms tailored for businesses.
Your expertise in the Zambian market and ability to forge strategic partnerships will be key to driving Marezi’s growth and establishing it as the preferred technology partner for customer experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, business leaders, and CX/IT managers within target organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage the sales process from prospecting through to deal closure.
- Represent Marezi’s technology solutions at industry events, exhibitions, and professional forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to management, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of proven success in software solutions sales, consistently exceeding targets.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and the Zambian business landscape.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales software tools.
- Possession of a valid passport and willingness to travel as necessary.
