Role Overview for Sales Executive Jobs in Kitwe

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Kitwe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Premium Lubricants’ products to both new and existing customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships by providing excellent service
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proven sales experience; background in lubricants or automotive sectors is advantageous
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented approach
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus
