About the Sales Consultant Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities with corporate clients across Lusaka. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Consultant Jobs in Lusaka

• Identify, develop, and secure new corporate business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, CEOs, Managing Directors, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiate corporate partnerships.
• Promote the Corporate Eye Care Outreach Programme and related services.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective corporate clients to ensure consistent business growth.
• Meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and key corporate decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, highly trainable, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence and access to personal transport is an advantage.
