Role Overview: Sales Consultant Jobs in Lusaka

We are seeking an energetic and confident Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Lusaka, Zambia, and is ideal for candidates aged between 20 and 35 years who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers by professionally presenting vehicle features and benefits.
• Coordinate vehicle test drives and diligently follow up on sales leads until closure.
• Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers and referrals to generate sales opportunities.
• Manage social media activities including posting relevant content and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, update follow-up logs, and organize client files effectively.
• Support supervisors with order processing, vehicle preparation, and handover events.
• Ensure the showroom, display vehicles, and marketing materials are clean and well-presented.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years’ proven sales experience; automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills with excellent customer service aptitude.
• Strong ability to confidently explain product features and key selling points.
• Proficient in smartphone use and social media platforms.
• Valid Zambian driver’s license is mandatory.
• Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
