Sales and Soft Skills Trainer Jobs in Lusaka

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance the capabilities of our sales and customer service teams. Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in developing engaging learning materials and coaching staff to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and conduct training sessions on product knowledge, communication, complaint handling, and sales techniques.
• Perform skills gap analysis and provide on-the-job coaching and workshops.
• Manage e-learning platforms such as TalentSoft/E-Campus and encourage staff participation.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to align training with business objectives.
• Prepare training reports, monitor effectiveness, and coordinate external training providers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; postgraduate or training certification preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development with proven sales training expertise.
• Strong knowledge of consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and e-learning management systems.
• Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.

Fleet Vehicle Manager Opportunity in Lusaka

Join us as a Fleet Vehicle Manager responsible for overseeing the company’s vehicle fleet across all branches. Reporting to the Human Resource, ANZEN and Communications Manager, you will ensure optimal fleet utilization, compliance, and maintenance, driving cost efficiency and safety.

• Manage vehicle allocation, fuel card administration, and maintenance coordination.
• Conduct regular fleet audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and analyse fleet data to support decision-making.
• Handle accident reporting and liaise with insurers and service providers.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Transport & Logistics, Fleet Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management or transport administration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and problem-solving abilities.

Graduate Trainee Program – 15 Positions Available

In support of local employment, CFAO Mobility Zambia is recruiting fifteen outstanding university graduates for our two-year Graduate Trainee Program. This initiative offers comprehensive business exposure and hands-on experience, preparing young talent for future leadership roles within the company.

• Must hold a valid Grade 12 School Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree (2025–2026 graduates preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicants should be under 25 years old with preferably no prior work experience.
