Key Responsibilities in This Sales and Marketing Role

• Identify and source new residential and commercial property listings within your local area.
• Perform on-site verification visits to confirm listing details, photos, and accuracy.
• Onboard landlords and property owners to the Yanga platform, facilitating seamless listing integration.
• Maintain Yanga’s quality standards by ensuring all listings are accurate and meet platform criteria.
• Provide valuable local market insights and update property availability information regularly.

Candidate Requirements for Sales and Marketing Jobs in Zambia Remote

• Current and valid registration with the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents (ZIEA) – proof required.
• Demonstrated experience in property sales, rentals, or property management.
• Strong understanding of your local property market conditions and trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
• Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity to manage and upload listings remotely.
