About the Sales and Marketing Executive Role

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will lead shop operations and supervise a small team of two sales representatives. Your primary objective is to increase sales revenue by attracting customers both online and offline, regardless of location. You will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, developing marketing campaigns, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team of two sales representatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Oversee shop operations and ensure a high standard of customer service
  • Generate leads through organic content creation and paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Manage and optimize a monthly advertising budget across platforms such as Facebook
  • Build and maintain an active customer database to support follow-up and repeat sales
  • Provide weekly reports on leads, conversions, and marketing expenditure
  • Represent the Savvypro Consulting Ltd brand professionally both online and in person

Qualifications

Compensation

The starting salary for this position is ZMW 4,000 per month, with slight negotiability based on experience and demonstrated results.
