About the Sales and Marketing Assistant Role

This full-time position is based in Lusaka, Zambia, with an application deadline of 23rd April 2026 at 14:00hrs. As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, building client relationships, and supporting overall marketing efforts that align with ZAMFRESH’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base
• Promote and sell ZAMFRESH’s products and services effectively
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Meet and exceed set sales targets and objectives
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain detailed client records
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide ongoing support

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Certificate in Marketing & Sales or a related Business field
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Proven experience in a sales and marketing role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
