About the Role: Sales and Large Format Machine Operator Jobs in Lusaka

As a Sales and Large Format Machine Operator at Kutwila Media & Marketing Limited, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art large-format digital printing equipment. Your role will encompass the entire production process, from preparing artwork and optimising print-ready designs to finishing high-quality branding materials. You will also play a key part in generating leads and acquiring clients for large format printing and embroidery services, ensuring all projects meet strict standards for accuracy, colour consistency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure clients for large format print and embroidery services
• Operate and maintain large format printers, including eco-solvent, UV, sublimation, or latex technologies
• Prepare, adjust, and optimise designs using graphic design and RIP software
• Manage various print media such as vinyl, PVC banners, canvas, fabric, and stickers
• Monitor print output to ensure colour accuracy, sharpness, and consistency
• Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of printing machines
• Troubleshoot machine errors to minimise downtime
• Cut, laminate, mount, and finish printed materials as required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace and equipment
• Document production jobs and media usage accurately
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while upholding Kutwila’s quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in large-format printing operations
• Proficiency with design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience using RIP software like FlexiPRINT, ONYX, or Photoprint
• Ability to generate leads and acquire clients in the large format printing sector
• Strong skills in creating, editing, and finalising print-ready designs
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Honest, sober-minded, and highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills, reliability, and strong organisational abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
