We invite qualified candidates to join our team as Commission-Based Sales Agents to help drive our revenue growth and expand our client base.

About the Sales Agents Jobs in Lusaka at ZAMCOM

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the Sales Agent will actively market and sell ZAMCOM’s diverse range of services. This full-time role emphasizes client acquisition, relationship management, and meeting sales targets through engagement with both corporate and individual clients. As a brand ambassador, the Sales Agent will promote ZAMCOM’s training programs, media production, printing, branding, broadcasting, and hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ZAMCOM’s comprehensive portfolio of services across multiple sectors.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within public, private, and NGO sectors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and evolving client needs.
• Consistently achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets as agreed with management.
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports covering pipelines, conversions, and revenue performance.
• Represent ZAMCOM at exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
• Support marketing initiatives including product launches and outreach activities.
• Uphold a professional and positive brand image of ZAMCOM in all client interactions.

Commission Structure

Eligibility Criteria

ZAMCOM welcomes applications from both individuals and companies meeting the following requirements:

• For Companies:
  • Registered company with valid Tax Clearance.
  • Compliance with NAPSA and NHIMA regulations.
  • Demonstrated marketing or sales competencies.
• For Individuals:
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Certificate in Sales and Marketing or related field; a Diploma is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, with a genuine interest in sales and marketing.
