Key Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager Jobs in Livingstone

Qualifications and Skills Required

Candidates applying for this role should demonstrate proven expertise in restaurant management or a closely related position. Essential qualifications and skills include:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
  • Strong background in customer service management.
  • Comprehensive food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to recall ingredients and menu details to assist staff and customers.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable and PeachWorks.
