About the Reservationist Role

As a Reservationist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth booking operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will manage multiple booking channels and maintain accurate records of availability, pricing, and occupancy while supporting guests throughout their reservation journey.

Key Responsibilities for Reservationist Jobs in Lusaka

• Manage reservations across platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, WhatsApp, Email, and our direct website
• Maintain accurate pricing, availability, occupancy tracking, and revenue controls
• Provide timely and clear communication to guests throughout the booking process
• Prepare check-in schedules and arrival lists, coordinating closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams
• Handle corporate booking accounts and nurture repeat business relationships
• Resolve guest inquiries and special requests professionally and efficiently
• Generate weekly and monthly reservation reports and occupancy summaries

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality front office or reservations, preferably in hotels or serviced apartments
• Confident and professional communication skills via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of bookings effectively
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) or Channel Manager software; training is available
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and efficiency
