Key Qualifications and Experience for Renal Nurse Jobs in Lusaka

Registered Nurse with a valid practising licence in Zambia
Proven experience in renal nursing and haemodialysis procedures
Competence in operating and troubleshooting dialysis machines
Sound knowledge of renal patient assessment, care planning, and management
Experience with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) is essential
Ability to monitor patients during dialysis and promptly manage complications
Possession of a Critical Care Nursing Certificate is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a strong commitment to patient-centred care
