Greenlight Planet Zambia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regional Store Coordinator to support inventory management across the Copperbelt Province. Key Responsibilities for Regional Store Coordinator Jobs Copperbelt

As a Regional Store Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory control and stock management across multiple retail centers and field agents. Your main duties will include:

  • Area Warehouse Inventory Management: Coordinate daily and weekly stock reconciliations between inventory systems and physical stock at retail centers. Manage out-of-warranty stock transfers to the Central Warehouse in Ndola. Ensure stock tagging, stacking, and movement comply with International Inventory Management Standards such as FIFO.
  • Systems Inventory Movements: Initiate stock transfers with retail centers following Operations Manager approval. Verify accurate tagging of inventory issued to field agents in the inventory management systems. Conduct audits to confirm all transactions, including returns, are properly recorded.
  • Field Inventory Management: Lead stock recovery efforts from agents within your region. Monitor stock allocations to field agents, ensuring compliance with maximum holding limits and alignment with sales trends and agent productivity.
  • Training and Mentorship: Train Retail Center Executives on inventory policies and system usage. Support onboarding of assistant Retail Center Executives as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in supply chain or related fields, combined with practical experience and excellent communication skills. Specifically, you should:

  • Hold a degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a Finance-related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Possess 2-3 years of experience in data processing, inventory planning, and management.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, capable of handling and presenting large datasets effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision and frequently traveling to manage stock across the region.
