Position Overview for Regional Sales Coordinator Jobs in Southern Province

The Regional Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies that align with the company’s national objectives. You will prepare sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities to optimize sales performance. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage distributors, recruit and train sales teams, and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and achieve assigned regional sales targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to enhance performance and strategy
• Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with national goals
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the assigned territory
• Expand distribution networks and increase product availability
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure effective product placement and visibility in the market
• Appoint, manage, and support distributors to maximize coverage
• Maintain timely stock replenishment and healthy inventory levels
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales teams and promoters to meet objectives
• Set individual sales targets and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics
• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
• A degree in Marketing or Business Studies is considered an advantage
