About the Receptionist Positions

As a Receptionist at H-DOC Zambia, you will serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and clients. Your professionalism and confidence will help maintain smooth communication and foster a welcoming environment. We are looking for candidates who are approachable, well-organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and correspondence promptly and accurately
• Maintain an organised reception area and manage appointment scheduling
• Provide information about college programs and services as needed
• Coordinate communication between departments and external contacts

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly and confident interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is an advantage
• Proficiency with office software and telephone systems preferred
